Abstract (EN)

On a wind power system, the interaction between subsystems through the network is very high. So, that both steady and dynamic behavior of the electrical network equipment has to be known. Accordingly, if the transient conditions and power quality degradation are known before the production of prototype, unexpected problems and errors can be prevented in electrical power system. In this study, the behavioral model of a wind power plant that includes interaction between physical domains was implemented in SABER simulation platfrom. This model involves some blocks written in MAST language and some built-in blocks from SABER libraries. Transients and switching effects were presented as desired system parameters. According to the sensitivity analysis results, the overshoot of the turbine speed is very dependent on the value of turbine rotor inertia. Thus the reduction in the for physical prototaypes and the increase in speed of the design of real system can be foreseen.
