Fixed points theorems

Prof. Dr. Sabri BİRLİKIn this thesis, some main fixed point theorems have been both analyzied andproven.At first, contraction Mapping Theorem which is one of the oldest fixed pointtheorem also known as Banach Fixed Point Theorem, has been searched. Beforementioning the different proofs of the theorem, necessary descriptions and sourceinformation have been worked out. Besides, ordinary differantial equations ofBanach Fixed Point Theorem have been intensified.By the help of retraction, Brouwer fixed Point Theorem which is the initialtheorem of Fixed Point Theory has been given and proven.At last, we generalize of Brouwer?s Theorem which has been discused andthe proof of Schauder?s Theorem has been given.ii
