Özet (EN)
This study was carried out to determine the characteristics of rock salt samples obtained from Germece locality of Çankırı province and to reveal that it is not a mineral resource for the human body. In this context, trace element and heavy metal contents of rock salt samples were determined by ICP-MS analysis. In the analysis results, it was determined that elements which are Ni, Li, Co, Sb, Al, Fe, Sn and toxic heavy metals which are As, Hg, Pb, Cd were not found. In addition, Mg, Ca, Zn, Mn, Cu, Ti, V, Ba elements were detected in rock salt elements. While the amount of zinc (Zn) mineral, which is one of the trace elements, in salt samples was determined in the concentration range of 152,7±299,4 µg kg-1, the amount of magnesium (Mg) mineral in salt samples was obtained in the concentration range of 38,4±78,1 mg kg 1. The amounts of manganese (Mn) mineral in salt samples were determined in the concentration range of 8,8±32,5 µg kg-1. Calcium (Ca) mineral has been determined in high amounts in all rock salt samples. The calcium amounts of the samples were in the concentration range of 706,4±812,5 mg kg-1. The amount of copper (Cu) element in salt samples was obtained in the range of 4,2±5,1 µg kg-1. Titanium (Ti) element was detected in the concentration range of 1,5±1,6 µg kg-1 only in the S7 sample exposed to the refining process in the sapphire factory, while vanadium (V) was detected only in the S7 sample 1,5±1,6 µg kg-1. It has been detected in the concentration range of. Although it is toxic in all of the rock salt samples, it is the Barium (Ba) element that gives high results in concentration. The concentration range of the barium element has been determined as 700,6±713,6 µg kg-1. No significant results were obtained for elements other than the detected elements. Detected FT-IR spectral ranges; 500 cm-1, 1500 cm-1, 2000 cm-1. It was determined as 500 cm-1. In addition, when the aromatic groups corresponding to the regions where the obtained wave numbers are concentrated, it is understood that the salt samples do not contain microplastics and their impurity levels are low. Micro photographs of the rock salt samples were taken to examine the distribution of impurities. According to the results obtained; It shows that rock salts are insufficient in terms of mineral, but through they do not contain heavy metals, they are a food that can be consumed safely.
