Safiye Erol's life, works and understanding of sufism

In our thesis, Safiye Erol's life, her works, her determinations about the history of Sufism, her evaluations about Sufi philosophy, her approaches to Sufi literature, her analysis of Sufi elders, her determinations about her mentor Ken'an Rifai, her determinations about Seyru Suluk's life, her approaches to Sufi states and positions, and Their approaches to the understanding of gnostic Sufism were discussed and examined in terms of concepts. Our thesis was completed by examining previous thesis studies, articles, notifications and basic works and using the methods of scanning sources, collecting information, classifying, comparing, understanding, explaining, interpreting and evaluating the information obtained. Attention will be paid to take the human factor into consideration. The environment in which the examined person was born, the environment, the conditions, and the events he experienced were revealed with the principle of complete impartiality and with a descriptive method. Our thesis study consists of two parts. In the first part of the thesis, Safiye Erol's life and works are discussed, and in the second part, the understanding of Sufism is discussed in terms of concepts.
