Abstract (EN)
When we talk about medical error (Malpractice), this study searches healthcare staffs' responsibilities and aims to prevent the malpractice in healthcare. Another objective of this study is to inform readers what to do about the cases related to malpractice that have been held in recent years. This literature benefited from the historians and literature techniques in relation to this method. It is known that the population and the length of life is increasing day by day however; we still don't have enough number of healthcare staff in our country and it's an urgent necessity that new sources should be found. It must be truly known that healthcare should not be considered as a customer-patience-performance triangle and commercially. Also it is obvious that healthcare staff do not support this case and they are not the only reason of malpractice. It's a fact that when we consider human life, all errors must be avoid. Decreasing the medical errors gives us a chance to use our national sources effectively, spending the budget on healthcare in accordance with the necessity and consequently, it helps to carry out more proper and efficient healthcare in general.
