Abstract (EN)
This study, entitled "Coordination Of Provincial Management In Ministry Of Health: The Case Of Manisa Province" aims to evaluate the recent changes that happened in the Provincial Organisation of Ministry of Health, which started its organisational steps in 1920s, in the framework of coordination. This study presents the management structure of Provincial Organisation of Ministry of Health, which was shaped according to the article number 694, dated 2017 and the directive number 51275, dated 2017. The tasks assigned to provincial health management have been associated with the principles of coordination. In the light of related tasks, semi-structured interview questions were prepared. People who have knowledge about the subject and who had previously worked as managers in the field of health and who continue to manage after the change were identified as samples and face-to-face interviews were held with them. A Qualitative research was conducted, and the coordination of provincial activities were examined through thematic analysis. Although there has been an improvement in the context of coordination in the last administrative structure of the provincial health organization which has frequent changes, it has been determined that there are elements that can create problems.
