Empathy in healty workers

Empathy is accepted as putting himself as another one ,looks events as his/her view,thinking as herself /himself .İn the emphatic understanding ,listening should objectivelly beaccording to opposite person situatiens one of the bother some event for anyone is criticize by another one.İn this context health professionals are in a one to one relationship with the patient continuously between nurses and patients in resolving these problems in understandig the problems and has an important place in the treatment of patients.The nurse has under taken as afunction of successful treatment and care respansibilities in an efficient monner toestablish empathetic relationships with patients.İn this study,the nurses empathic skills and the effects on patients wasinvestigeted using the methods of the historion. Emphatic communication ability of nurses is one of the importent propertythatthen have.A nurse who can use her/his emphatic communication ability in himself and real place,will good understand the patient is problem and solve it.Such a duty.Will improve the guality at nursing.Improving guality of nursing will increased the patient satisfaction.
