Abstract (EN)

In today's environment, where we are in a highly competitive environment both locally and globally, organizations need to acquire and retain qualified employee in order to maintain their positions in these environments. While it is often unlikely to keep qualified employees in the organization through financial means only, it is necessary to meet their diverse needs and to achieve the ideal relationship between the organization and the employees. In order for the employees to feel themselves within the organization and to work for organizational goals, it is important to include them in various predefined activities, in particular to strengthen organizational commitment. The perception that employees are treated fairly in their organization, which is called the perception of organizational justice; It is of great importance for organizational commitment and is one of the most important elements of organizational commitment. Organizational justice and commitment lead to many positive organizational behaviors in employees. This is especially important in health institutions where the majority of the success of the institution is based on employees. Therefore, managers need employees with a sense of organizational justice and organizational commitment in order to achieve their organizational goals. In this study, the effect of the perception of organizational justice on the organizational commitment of health care workers was tried to be determined. In the theory part of the study, a literature study on the concepts of organizational justice and organizational commitment has been made. In the research part of the study, the findings obtained with the quantitative research method for the employees of the identified institutions were analyzed and the results were interpreted. In the research, it has been found that there is a positive and significant relationship between employees' perception of organizational justice and their organizational commitment levels. Accordingly, the hypothesis of the study was accepted. It is necessary to increase the level of organizational commitment, which is one of the important factors to increase the performance and success of employees, especially in business life. To achieve this result, employees' organizational justice perception should be increased.
