Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to explain the mediating role of organizational learning in the relationship between perceived manager support and psychological ownership. In the study method, 5-point Likert type survey questions related to perceived manager support, consisting of 7 questions, psychological ownership, consisting of 7 questions, and organizational learning, consisting of 17 questions, were applied to 386 voluntarily participating nurses working in Erzincan. The mean±standard deviation values of the obtained data results and comparisons between groups were calculated using the SPSS statistical program. Nurses' perceived managerial support, psychological ownership and organizational learning levels and their relationships were compared between groups. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients of perceived manager support, psychological ownership and organizational learning scales were determined as 0.81, 0.77 and 0.94, respectively. Perceived manager support (3.45±1.17), psychological ownership (3.39±1.18) and organizational learning (3.56±1.12) levels of the sample included in the study were determined. On the other hand, no significant difference was observed between the employees' perceived manager support averages and socio-demographic characteristics (gender, marital status, working hours, age and education levels) (p>0.05). No significant difference was observed between psychological ownership levels according to gender, marital status and education levels (p>0.05). It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the psychological ownership levels of the employees according to their working hours and age variables. It was concluded that there is no difference in organizational learning levels according to gender, marital status, education levels and working hours. It has been observed that there is a significant difference between different age groups and organizational learning levels. This study may help us understand the relationships between nurses' perceived manager support, psychological ownership, and organizational learning and may contribute to further research on this subject.
