Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was tried to analyze with scientific methods to what extent the quality of working life of healthcare professionals will affect the performance of healthcare professionals. The aim of the study is to indicate the effect of the quality of working life of healthcare professionals working at Batman Iluh State Hospital on their job performance and to make suggestions to increase the performance of employees in the healthcare sector. In this study, the survey method was used as the data collection technique. 234 employees participated with online survey forms, and the data of the study were evaluated using the SPSS package program. Research data were used to determine whether the distribution was normal or not with the Kolmogorov Smirnov Test. As a result of the research, the medical staff working at Batman Iluh State Hospital; When the correlation analyzes between the quality of work life working environment and conditions, services provided, job performance, task performance, contextual performance scores are examined; It was determined that the correlation relationships were not statistically significant.
