In the research, Cronbach Alpha value of OHS satisfaction and ergonomics scales of health workers was calculated as = 0.929; Cronbach Alpha value of occupational diseases and OHS measures scales = 0.963; Cronbach Alpha value of occupational accidents scale= 0.977 and it was understood that it was high at the desired level for each scale related to its reliability. The analysis of structural validity in the light of the data obtained in the study and interpreting descriptive statistics by demographic variables on dependent and independent variables to determine the distribution, t-test, ANOVA, Tukey Test to determine differences between variables were reviewed. As a result of the study, it was understood that the evaluations of health workers regarding OHS perceptions differ significantly according to age, education level, length of professional experience, income level, OHS education status, occupational disease status, occupational accident or injury status. Again, it was understood that there were no significant differences from the demographic data in terms of gender status, marital status, title status and work type status.
