Investigation of the relationship between health employees 'perception of work load and medical error attitudes

Hospitals are complex structures and should have high security.It depends on a working environment that supports excellence in capacity and performance of healthcare professionals to deliver safe, qualified and efficient health services. In many countries, insufficient investment in the health sector has resulted in worsening of working conditions. The inadequacy of the health workers, the high conditions in the working environment increased the workload and consequently the errors were followed. It is believed that hospital workers will be guided in the provision of a quality health care service in determining the situations that may be the cause of medical errors such as satisfaction, workload and stress. The workload perception of healthcare workers is significant in part because of the medical error attitudes.
