Health expenditures and health status in terms of health case of convergence OECD(2003-2014)

Nowadays draw a parallel way gradually increase the affinity of the country's health policy and health status, health expenditure, and the attention to the existence of convergence in terms of health spending to increase in importance of human capital in all countries. After the country's health spending and similarities in terms of health status and differences are examined theoretically selected 28 OECD countries have been investigated by the convergence of panel unit root tests of health policy in the years 2003 to 2014 and has been the subject of this study. Working primarily been concluded the presence of the horizontal section dependence and second-generation panel unit root tests of pessaries that should be used in this case (2007) 's CADF test and Hadri-Kurozu Connection (2012) utilized the test. Inability to reach the existence of convergence in terms of health spending study shows the remaining OECD countries failed to reach the level of the leading countries in health spending will catch up. In terms of health status, life expectancy at birth indicator has not been achieved in any other indication other than convergence findings.
