Health care system transformation in Turkey

Development and change are part of the indispensable balance of nature. Research and development activities are making great progress every day in order to make life easier. Information processing and technological advances are called digital transformation and find their place in all sectors. When the processes around the world are examined, since the social policies of the states are a requirement of the social state understanding, it has been essential that they present this digital transformation as "user friendly". A reflection of the above-mentioned requirements also occurs in the health sector. In this sense, in the introductory part of this study, which is prepared as the digital transformation realized within the scope of health and health sector, general information in terms of concept and sector is given based on the concept of health; In the development section, the technological tools that benefit the users of the digital services of the digitalized world are emphasized, and explanations are made about what the existing technological instruments are. In the last part of the study, where Turkey is in the digital transformation in health, the development process followed by the increase in health expenditures, diseases and digital health services are discussed separately.
