Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of health quality standards on the motivation of health professionals. For this purpose, data were collected by using the easy-to-use sampling method and by applying a questionnaire to 323 health professionals who voluntarily agreed to answer the questionnaire. In order to collect the research data, the quality perception scale and the motivation scale were used. In order to analyze the data, validity and reliability analysis were performed, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and questionnaire scales were tested within the framework of Structural Equation Modeling. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical programs were used to evaluate the research data.
