Abstract (EN)

For this reason, it is thought that increasing the level of health service quality positively affects the motivation levels of healthcare professionals. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of health quality standards on the motivation of healthcare professionals. For this purpose, data were collected by using convenience sampling method and by applying a questionnaire to 201 healthcare workers who voluntarily accepted to answer the questionnaire. In order to collect the research data, the "Quality Standards in Health" questionnaire prepared by the researcher using the "Survey Implementation Guide" of the Ministry of Health and the motivation scale in the doctoral thesis written by Bayar (2019) was used by making use of the article written by Amabile (1985). To analyze the data, validity and reliability analysis was performed, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and questionnaire scales were tested within the framework of the Structural Equation Model. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistics programs were used to evaluate the research data. Comparison of the total and sub-dimensions of healthcare quality standards (SKS) and employee motivation (CM) scales by demographic characteristics was analyzed using the independent sampling t test (independent sample t test) and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) tests. As a result of the research, it was seen that quality standards in health partially affect the motivation of the employee. It has been found that the managerial processes dimension of the quality standards in health affects the motivation of the employees in a significant and positive way by using only psychological and social tools, but the use of economic tools and organizational-managerial tools among the motivation tools does not affect the motivation of the employee. However, it is seen that quality standards in health do not affect the dimension of educational processes by using psychological and social tools, which are motivational tools, and positively and significantly affect employee motivation by using economic and organizational-managerial tools.
