Abstract (EN)
Our study consists of three main sections. In the first part of our study, the methodology of our research, which seeks to answer the problem of gender inequalities in our country and in the world, affects the individual in the process of access to health services. The second part mainly focused on gender. Sex and gender were analysed in the context of gender theories. Gender roles, classifying the factors that identify gender and the factors that reinforce these roles are important. CEDAW Convention addresses reflections of these roles along with gender perception both in Turkey and in the world. In the third part of our study, the concept of gender is analysed in the context of health services. At this point, conceptual examination of health services, classification of features and affecting factors enrich our study in the context of gender-health services.
