Perceived service quality of health care organizations and a research in Ankara by hospital type

The purpose of giving health services in a society is to protect and enhance individuals? physical, mental and social health and wellbeing. By achieving this goal, we can improve the level of social welfare and happiness of the society. The service quality has an important place in health organizations, as well as in the other organizations. as in the other organizations.Therefore measuring of the impacts that created for all the effort put forward by businesses to the quality of service, how do customers perceive the services offered on the service, how differentiated in which dimensions of quality and according to the results obtained by these new measures are the key to continuous improvement.Discussed above, under the conditions of this study, areas in the field of health services offered by this perception of the quality of services, according to the hospital by comparing different types of assessments is to offer these services.
