Özet (EN)
Reputation, on the one hand, gives the institutions concrete values such as investment advantage and competitive advantage; on the other hand, it creates a positive image perception and adds abstract values such as commitment to the institution. In this respect, trying to reach the target with the awareness of the importance of the nominal value creates positive results for every institution. The direct human-oriented work requirements of service sectors, such as the health sector, require a positive image perception on customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Because when choosing a health institution, people prefer to evaluate positive and negative discourses about the institution Concepts such as corporate communication, corporate image, quality workforce, corporate social responsibility; These are important criteria that affect customer preferences, provide customer satisfaction, increase employee loyalty and bring them as valuable value. Therefore, identifying the deficiencies of health institutions and trying to eliminate these deficiencies contribute to the gain of reputation.
