Health care qualite and patient satisfaction (Diyarbakir Women and Children's Hospital case

A significant change in the health sector in recent years. Institutions that provide health care services to sustain their existence, to be able to compete with snow and put great emphasis on service quality and patient satisfaction. Thus, when it needs rest satisfied with the quality of health service delivery, and will be directed in the same institution. In this study, the measurement of the level of health care quality and patient satisfaction are discussed. Application of the Diyarbakır Women's and Children's Hospital on the face-to-face survey was made of 140 patients, patients admitted to the clinic as a result of measuring the level of satisfaction is higher this ratio, the related proposal is to develop and examine the factors that affect patient satisfaction.
