Research on fındıng out the motıvatıon of health sector workers ın Adana

In the globalizing world, business enterprises have to take advantage of the highest level of human resources which they own to continue their assets. As for the formation of this benefit depends on the work of human resources effectively and efficiently. Motivation appears as an important factor in providing effective and efficient working of human resources. Workers which have high motivation, have important role in realizing of business enterprises?goals.The aim of this study is to examine impact of motivation factors of in Adana region healthcares? workers. At the same time this study aims to exhibit the motivation levels. Because of applied for a study will be useful primarily a study was made about the emergence of motivation related to the concept of motivation.The practical section of study has been realized intended for healthcares in which Adana region. With this purpose survey study were made in Numune Education and Research Hospital, Seyhan Implementation of Education and Research Hospital and Aşkın Tüfekci State Hospital in Adana region. In this research the data which obtained from distributed survey were transferred to SPSS program for analysis. Relabilty analysis, the average analysis, comparison analysis were performed as statical analysis.With this survey was aimed to test on workers with two theories. These theories are Herzberg?s `?Two Factor Theory?? and McClelland?s `?Need of Success Theory??.The data obatained through the survey on the theories discussed were made evaluations and comparisons in terms of hospitals and staff.
