Abstract (EN)

İt is possible for people to perform their daily activities and to be able to continue their lives. For this reason, the issue of health has always been the focus of attention from the human being to the present. Human health can be affected positively and negatively by many factors. These factors; hereditary, behavioral, environmental origin. In addition, the lack of adequate use of health services is another factor that adversely affects human health. In order to minimize or eliminate these negative factors, a number of practices have been carried out under the name of social marketing in order to create a healthier and more welfare society by public institutions, non-profit organizations and profit-making organizations. Social marketing is the whole body of non-interest practices, which aims at raising a healthier and more welfare society that targets the general public or a specific audience. Thanks to the latest developments in technology and medical science, many diseases are diagnosed without progress or immunization is prevented before the disease emerges. Recent studies have demonstrated the importance of preventive and preventive health services to improve and improve human health and public health. Social marketing practices aim to create a healthy society, which is aimed at positively on public health, particularly human health. In this study, the effects of social marketing practices in health sector on the university students studying in Firat University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Health Sciences in 2017-2018 academic year had been tried to be determine. The population of the study was limited to the university students studying at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences of Fırat University in the 2017-2018 academic year. 8 (eight) departments (Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration and Political Science, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Social Work, Nursing, Midwifery, Nutrition and Dietetics) were selected as samples by simple random sampling method. A total of 500 students from the University of Fırat University , Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Faculty of Health Sciences were interviewed and the answers of 228 from the İİBF, 117 from the SBF students were included in the study. The reliability coefficient of the study was found to be α 0.90, and it was concluded that the research was highly reliable. According to the findings obtained from the research, it was concluded that social marketing practices in health sector had an impact on students.
