Customer satisfaction in healthy living plants (SPA): An application in 5 star hotel managament in Antalya city

The aim of this study is to produce the costumer satisfaction and to examine the structure of SPA managements, whose quality and quantity is growing gradually and which are operating in the constitution of 5 star hotels. Moreover, it was aimed to evaluate the condition and to assess the service quality by determining the visitors satisfaction levels. For this aim, 8 of the SPA managements which are operating in the constitution of 5 star hotels were chosen and a questionnaire was applied to costumers who had a SPA application. There are 36 questions in the questionnaire. Data analyses were carried out by SPSS 13.0 software. The results of the analysis indicated that, satisfaction of the costumers in SPA managements, which are operating in the constitution of 5 star hotels, is considerably high. However, it is suggested to further study in recording and supervising the SPA managements.
