Working conditions of family physicians within the framework of health transformation program

The family medicine which considering important is more and more increased that it presents the First Phase Health Services in the World since the its begining. In Turkey system of family medicine as a part of the programme of transformation about health, fort he first time it was started putting into practise in Düzce as representative district in 2005. Family medicine was implemented in all over Turkey as regard the end of 2010. In Turkey the position of village clinic that serves and constitutes the ground of first phase healt services since 1967, was taken over the system of family medicine that is just now newest in our country and carried out by the programme of transformation about healt. The thesis is aim at that it is compare status, effect and working conditions of the family doctors at the first phase. The objective of thesis is contribute to that the family doctors offer better and high quality first phase healt service instead of preventive and therapeutic medicine. The scope of thesis is the family doctors that labor in family health center and the instructor doctors who are employee at the discipline of family medicine and intern of family medicine. Qualitative research techniques within the framework semi-configured and deeply interview has achieved with totaly 22 family doctors group that takes place from parts of 13 from İzmir and 6 from Aydın and 3 from İstanbul. Data what is obtained as a result of research have been analysed by using the programme of NVIVO 12.0. To the evidences are gotten in this research the family doctors has become burned-out because of the thickly populated and on the upgrade of workload day by day and shift table on account of this made inferences that working conditions are affect in the light of negative aspect. As a result, it is proposed that concerning health policies are improved that decrease of responsibility of family doctors and diminish of number of patients and abolish the shift table completely perform of the system of positive performance equatably thus update of system of salary and for the purpose of satisfaction of profession as soon as possible.
