Health transformation program: economic assessment of the political process in Turkey Association of Public Hospitals

Health services are very important in terms of social life as they determine the health level of the society. The budgets allocated by the countries for health services indicate the level of development of the country. regulations and health needs transformation in health services in Turkey has occupied the agenda for many years, it is explained in the health transformation program in 2003. The main purpose of the scope of the health transformation program of work of the Public Hospitals Association of Turkey is to evaluate the process in terms of economic policy. Literature survey method was used in the study. making semi-autonomous public hospital according to the results obtained in this study formed by Turkey Public Hospital Association, lagging behind the desired level of effectiveness and efficiency, for this reason, the need to re-establish the health system changed with the Decree Law No. 663 was established on 02.10.2012 with the Decree Law No. 663, Public Hospitals Unions were closed with the Decree Law No. 694 dated 25.08.2017 and re-established in the Health System. and a central structure. Making progress through a method within the scope of the study and accepting that the information obtained is valid and reliable are limitations.
