Abstract (EN)

This thesis analyzes the experiences of patients receiving outpatient treatment within the framework of healthcare quality standards and examines the relationship between these experiences and private hospital preferences. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method. Compliance with healthcare quality standards emerges as a critical factor, particularly in terms of patient safety and satisfaction. The study evaluates patient satisfaction levels considering demographic variables such as age, gender, and education level. The sample consists of a total of 1155 patients, including 384 patients surveyed in 2021, 384 in 2022, and 387 in 2023. Data collected through these surveys were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. Statistical analyses included Independent Samples T-Test, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and Spearman's correlation coefficient. These methods were utilized to evaluate the differences and relationships among the data obtained over the years. The findings revealed a significant relationship between compliance with healthcare quality standards and patient satisfaction, with variations observed based on demographic factors such as age and education level. The results highlight the importance of private hospitals adhering to quality standards to enhance patient satisfaction.
