The rapid increase of the elderly population in the whole world also highlights the services for this age group in planning, and organizing of health services. A healthy community includes healthy elderly as well as healthy children and adults. For this reason, it is a very important goal for the public health to ensure that the elderly take full participation in the social life with the treatment of the disability caused by the resulting discomforts and the improvement of the health in these periods. Investigating and meeting the health requirements of the age group to be served constitutes the essence of the medical care process and the research, organization and implementation of the system to be established is an important starting point. The main aim of this study is to determine the satisfaction level of the patients aged 65 and over to make efficient and effective quality management and accreditation management in order to maintain and improve quality of life for older people.
