Some Megazi representatives in Sahîh-i Bûhari comparison with first period Siyer sources

Most of the information about the wars of the Prophet is found in the sources of biography and Maghazi ie ; ( the wars of the prophet) . In addition to that , there is a significant amount of reliable information about meghazi in the basic hadith books. The hadith books wich detemine to give information about the Prophet words and actions, contain chapters about Magazi and Biography which is very imprtant for the sience of Prophet Biography and Magazi. In addition, the comparison of the obtained information with the narrations of the first period authors of sirah and history, and seeing the common or different narrations will contribute to both branches of science. In this study, we will examine the "Comparison of Some Maghazi Narratives in Sahih-i Bukhari with the Early Siyer Resources". In the first part of our study is the concepts of Hadith, Sunnah, Siyer and Maghazi were explained and the relationship of these sciences with other sciences was presented, and the comparative works were introduced. In the second part; "Kitâb-ul Maghâzî" in the work of Imam Bukhari (d. 256/870) named al-Camiu's-Sahih, which is accepted as the second source of Islam after the Qur'an and known as the most authentic book in Kutub-i Sitta. The narrations about the Battles of Badr, Uhud and the Trench (Handek) in the section are discussed and compared with the narrations in the first period books of Siyer and Magazi. As a result of the examinations, it has been emphasized whether it is possible to reach historical information by sticking to only hadith books. It has been revealed that it is possible to obtain historical information based on the hadith books, but they do not have similarities in the context of chronology and cause-effect relationships such as Siyer, Meğâzî and History books. However, it has been stated that it is an undeniable reality that the Hadith is the source of Siyer and Maghazi. Keywords: Hadith, Sunnah, Siyer, Maghazi, Narration
