Abstract (EN)
Şahnahan stream's benthic algae flora were examined between May 2012-April 2013 which identified 3 station and different habitats (epipelic, epilithic, epiphytic) taken the samples of month periods. It has been less important being the most important members of the comunity diyatomes (Bacillariophyta) benthic algae and which were in this community like Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, Dynophyta and Xantophyta. İt was determined 220 taxa which are belonged to benthic diyatomes, from these Nitzschia palea, Cymbella minutum, Navicula angusta, Cocconeis placentula var. lineata, Gomphonema parvulum, Gomphonema olivaceum, Navicula cincta have been the most remarkable. In benthic algae communities of diyatomes tend to replicate in every season but achieved the best development in autumn and spring. OMNİDİA software programme is prepared depending on the diyatomes are calculated based on data. Key words: Benthic Algae, Şahnahan Stream, OMNİDİA software
