An investigation into crime prevention about fake and misleading content documents

The crimes of fake and misleading content documents are tax crimes that very common in our country. Prevention and detection of these crimes are very important in terms of increasing tax revenues and public order. The aim of our study is to offer solutions for the prevention, detection and proper punishment of these tax crimes. In our study, the crimes of fake and misleading content documents are evaluated conceptually and legally. Legal and administrative regulations regarding these crimes have been investigated. Then it is emphasized that why, how and by whom these crimes are committed in practice In addition, the mistakes and deficiencies made by the administration about prevention and detection of these crimes are evaluated. As a result, solutions are offered for the prevention and detection of these crimes.
