Abstract (EN)
Key Words: Alkali aggregate reaction, Aggregate, ASR Test Methods. This study aims to determine the alkali silica reactivity of some aggregates in from of broken Stone and sand which is collected from the quarries located in Sakarya ASTM C289 Chemical Merhod, ASTM C1260 Accelerated Method, ASTM C227 Longterm Method, ASTM C1293 Concerate prizm, mortar bar experiments were done to the aggregate samples that were taken from the quarries. According to test results; It can be said that in Sakarya region Pamukova, Geyve, Akpınar quarry in Geyve, Ferizli, Taşkısığı quarries are not problematic from alkali aggregate reaction side according to the chemical analysis,fastened concerate blocks method and extended time concerate block method results.The produced aggregates from these quarries are not expanded in high alkali areas. After the Concrete block testing it is clear that ikizce genç Osmanlı, Geyve, Pamukove, Öztaş Pamukova, Akpınar quarriy in Geyve, Taşkısığı quarry samples are expanded less than % 0.04 so that it is harmless from alkali aggregate reaction point.
