Abstract (EN)

In this study which has been aimed that the determination of bacteriological and detergent pollution due to domestic waste water in Salarha basin; water temperature 15,4 ºC (6,9-23,4 ºC), pH 7,78 (4,8-9,7), dissolve doxygen 9,5 mg/L (7,09-11,48 mg/L), turbidity 15,66 NTU (5,6-13,7 NTU), electrical conductivity 134,55 µS/cm (48,1-1504 µS/cm) and suspendedsolidmatter 45,03 mg/L (0-389 mg/L) were measured. Total hardness 41,7 mg/L (18-115 mg/L), total alkalinity 65,42 mg/L (1,3-366 mg/L), BOI5 1,64 mg/L (0,1-5 mg/l), NO2-N 0,033 mg/L (0-0,91 mg/L), NO3-N 1,73 mg/L (0,1-8,3 mg/L), NH4-N 0,33 mg/L (0,01-5,11 mg/L) and o-PO4 1,47 mg/L (0.02-13,7 mg/L) were changed alongthe year. The detergent pollution concentration was 0,53 mg/L (0,08-1,53) and has been determined as less polluted. The level of bacteriological pollution parameters were total coliform 5261 kob/100 ml (4-28000 kob/100 ml), fecal coliform 1825 kob/100 ml (0-12500 kob/100 ml), fecal streptococcus 1814 kob/100 ml (24-18750 kob/100 ml) and the number of E. Coliwas 604 kob/100 ml (0-5000 kob/100 ml). It has been determined that the water of Salarha basin has a quality as second class or less polluted on account of fecal coliform bactery, as unsuitable for swimming with regard to fecal streptococcus and as unusable for recreative aims in point of E.coli.
