Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to produce salebs using Orchis laxiflora tubers as a type facing endangeredness through inaccurate micropropagation. To do that, the young shoots are going to be used as explant source for producing new tubers in vitro ambiance. In order to produce tubers from the shoots, Murashige Skoog (MS) has been used as nutrition media. Surface sterilizators in varying concentrations have been applied in different time periods. After planting the tubers into the MS nutrition media, the shoots have been produced in the following 45 days. These shoots have been containing PGR at different combinations and concentrations of MS nutrition media with two different concentrations (1 and 0,5 mg/L) of Benzylaminopurine (BAP) with Naphthalene acetic acit (NAA), Picloram(P), Indol acetic acit(IAA), Indole butyrik acid (IBA) and 2,4-dichlorop henoxyacetic acit (2,4D) and observed in the following days. In the following time period of 30 days, tuber regeneration has been observed. The most effective concentration in tuber generation has been created through combinations of 0,5mg/L BAP and 0,05mg/L NAA plant growth regulation (PGR). Those least effective PGR have been reported as combination of BAP with 2,4D and IBA. Tuber development was observed at different rates in other PGRs.
