Abstract (EN)

In this study, developed the seeds of chickpea (Cicer arietinum L. cv) seedlings of 15 days was used as the material. Seedlings, roots in the hydroponic method was preferred in all applications. Seedlings, salicylic acid for 24 hours (0.5 mM) were divided into two groups: pre-application and leave. Then these two groups, controls (distilled water and salicylic acid) its own right to be kept in condition, different concentrations of cadmium (0, 25, 50 and 100 microM) were performed separately. Different applications have seen seedlings, seedling length, seedling fresh and dry weight was determined as growth parameters. In addition, seedlings of protein, leaf pigments, proline, malondialdehit, and glutathione quantities were determined.According to the results obtained; salicylic acid pre-application and leave the growth parameters of seedlings, the differences between the groups in terms of the amount of protein and pigment (Chlorophyll a and b and carotenoids) in leaves was not statistically significant (P ? 0.05). However, compared to the control parameters mentioned in the concentration of cadmium increases, significant declines and declines were found (P < 0.05). The application of high cadmium in leaves of seedlings (50 and 100 microM) concentrations of salicylic acid pre-application to increase the effect of reducing the amount of proline was determined (P < 0.05). However, the reducing effect of salicylic acid pre-application found more pronounced for the 50 mM Cd. However, the amount of malondialdehyde were lower in the groups pre-applied salicylic acid. Decrease in the amount of malondialdehyde but were significant for only 50 microM concentration of cadmium (P < 0.05). The amount of glutathione increased in all groups compared to control seedlings leaves (P < 0.05). Groups pre-applied salicylic acid on the amount of glutathione was significantly higher among the groups (P < 0.05).As a result, considered seedlings, depending on the shape and duration of the planned application, selected concentrations, negativity of the specific toxic effects of cadmium organized pre-application of salicylic acid parameters.
