Abstract (EN)
In the thesis work, the nonlinear attitude equations of motion of purely magnetically actuated satellite are written in state-space under environmental disturbances and parametric model uncertainty. After necessary manipulations of the state equation, the maximum values of disturbances due to environmental effects and inertia matrix uncertainty attainable during the control process are calculated with fidelity to reality. By proposing a sliding manifold specific to the purely magnetic attitude control problem, the intrinsic difficulties of the problem are overcomed and a globally uniformly asymptotically stable control system can be designed by using the sliding mode control method. The proposed magnetic sliding mode controller provided the controlled attitude motion with robustness stability. Obtained theoretical results are examined and verified in a high fidelity simulation environment.
