Abstract (EN)
Fundamental purpose of this thesis is; to examine whether the symbols that the artist used during the course of creation until the final output of the piece are metaphors or not. In order to be able to analyze his pieces, the factors such as; the life of the artist, his friends, his social life, the place he lived in, and finally his habits that affected his paintings are searched. As well as the period that he's been affected with surrealism is searched. The symbols used in his pieces are examined under the light of Sigmund Frued's "symbols of dreams" and metaphors are found.
