Abstract (EN)

The difference between utility and service cost in virtual banking services is perceived as customer value. The continuity of profitability is even more important, although there is concern that the quality of the value given to the customer will reduce the profitability of the cost. The customer's attention and customer loyalty are in fact the outcome of customer loyalty. A total of 512 people residing in the city of Istanbul were included in the study conducted on bank customers in order to examine the effect of adaptation on virtual banking practices on perceived customer value and customer loyalty. Survey method was used as data collection tool in the study. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed with the SPSS 22.0 package program. As a result of statistical analyzes participants' adaptation levels to virtual banking, perceived customer value and customer loyalty levels were found to be high. It has been determined that adaptation there is a positive, strong, and meaningful relationship between perceived customer value and customer loyalty as a result of statistical analysis to determine the perceived customer value and the effect on customer loyalty.
