Abstract (EN)
Throughout history human beings have engaged in inventions and designs of all kinds in order to maintain their lives and facilitate their conditions. Protection from possible dangers that may arise from nature, providing a shelter to live in, and subsistence for survival have been a part of basic needs the human condition requires. Thus, every new action or an idea developed to meet these conditions have been milestones for the progress of technology. Each of these ideas has revealed itself in different forms, sometimes to such an extent as to become lifestyle in addition to improving living conditions.This dissertation studies various methods in the development of internet and art and its presentation throughout historical dynamism. Various concepts within the domains of technology and art and their subunits have been analyzed along with their historical evolution. Although the discussion speaks of art in general, a special emphasis is given to plastic arts, given that covering all forms of art is not possible within the boundaries of a dissertation. Some new art forms that have been developed by way of using internet are also mentioned, nevertheless, the basis of discussion is the use of internet as a means of presentation for art.
