Industry workers mostly participate in passive recreation activities in their free time. When compared with the ones who are married, single workers participate in recreation activities more often and when the number of the children increase, the participation and frequency of recreation activities decrease. When the participation of industry employers in recreation activities increases, their organizational commitment towards their workplace, continuity dependency and personal success feelings increase, and their emotional burn out possibility decreases. When the participation frequency in recreation activities increases, personal success feeling also increases. In terms of the impression left by Recreation activities, it is clearly detected that as the employers' organizational commitment, continuity dependency towards their workplace and personal success feelings increase, the emotional burnout and insensitivity decrease.
