Today, the goal of developed and developing countries is to increase their economic welfare levels. Countries prepare economic development plans in direct proportion to their available resources to increase their welfare levels and implement them in a manner that will provide maximum benefit in line with their needs. In our country, investment incentives included in the development plans are one of the most important application dynamics of the general economic policy. to increase investment and production in Turkey main objective of the investment incentive policies to support exports, it is to gain competitiveness against international rivals. However, other targets are to attract foreign capital to the country, accelerate economic development, eliminate regional imbalances and reduce entrepreneurial risk. In the rapidly developing world in the technologically developing world, by increasing the research and development investments, to achieve or accelerate the technological development, to create qualified human resources, to increase the quality and efficiency, to support SMEs, to try to reach one or more of the various objectives such as completing unfinished investments. Incentives in the manufacturing industry sector contribute positively to the investor, especially in order to increase production. However, industrial sector investors, who benefit from investment incentives, may face some problems arising from the use of these incentives. In this study, it is aimed to examine these problems in the context of all incentive systems and applications provided in Adana Province to investigate the causes, consequences and solution suggestions of these problems. The performance of government incentives on investors was evaluated and the difficulties they faced were identified under the headings. A survey was conducted with the industrial investors registered in Adana Chamber of Industry, and the attitude of the participant investors towards government incentives and the findings of the problems were determined.
