Embedded journalism around the censorship concept

Today?s century is called as communication century and together with the developing and changing media technologies the warfare is changed. This century added a new vocabulary ?media wars? to the literature and with the effectiveness of the military operations is evaluated in that platform. The warfare is conducted with the long range ballistics missiles as well as armed conflicts and carried on with the Media?s power of psychological operations. USA who is a big supporter of freedom of telecommunication is conducting an invasion in Iraq in the name of democracy is containing great examples of these kinds of operations. However the implementation of censorship to the media by the USA who is also using the media to find support from the community and trying to show the invasion legal shows us that they haven?t got so much progress on the freedom of media. The embedded journalism example is giving us an idea of how USA is looking to the freedom of communication.USA convinced the community and made the operation legal in Iraq by spreading the words that the terror and weapons of mass destruction is threatening the World. They used the media as a propaganda weapon and succeeded getting results on manipulating.But the worst thing is the embedded journalism practices are conducted by USA who is succeeded on convincing the World that they are the frontier of democracy and freedoms. They are explaining these practices are for journalists? security as well as the healthy information flow but this is also showing us an issue. This situation comes up with a delusion that a country using the censorship implementations as a pre audit in the illumination century and seems to be supporting the freedom of communication. However it is obvious that a countries freedom status can be observed with looking their implementation practices. We can only talk about telecommunication freedom where the community is pure democratic, modern and refuses to use pre audit implementations.
