Abstract (EN)
Increasing the quality in production depends on the detection and correct analysis of errors. Detecting errors and improving the process is reflected in quality. Purpose of the research when a mistake is made in a company that produces centrifugal casting, the necessary improvements must made in the products for customer requests and practices. However, it is have too many parameter in the process so it's not easy to find the mistakes. Considering in this thesis, it was emphasized that the bleeding wound was find and experienced in this situation at the beginning. In this company, which is aimed at serving the milling industry, which product chosse were decided first and it was mistake types found in products determined that these were encountered. Statistical Process Control Techniques such as grouping, histogram, cause-effect diagram and control charts and with the help of regression analyzes, appropriate solutions were presented after the situation was analyzed.
