Abstract (EN)
Sales, which is one of the marketing activities, brings the consumer together with the consumer. In this context, as salespeople are the ones who turn the needs of consumers into buying, the performance of the salespeople directly affects the success of the enterprise. For this reason, it is very important to determine the factors affecting the performances of the sellers. In this study, a study was carried out in MalatyaPark Shopping and Life Center to determine the factors that affect the performance of the sales staff. Survey technique was used as a method of data collection. Three different scales were used to measure the sales performances, the perception of working conditions and the loyalty to the workplace. These scales are the sales performance scale, the performance scale and the loyalty scale. According to the results of the analysis, only the income and marital status of the demographic characteristics, professional characteristics; It was understood that those who received vocational training before the hiring and those who thought that the job they were doing was a suitable job for them had a positive effect on the sales performance.
