Abstract (EN)
The photogrammetry technique is progressing and advancing every year in parallel with technology. The development of photographic emulsion and the optical camera combination, high resolution and low distortion images are provided. Especially digital photogrammetry, raster images at high resolution and a large number of colors are obtained on the computer, is developing rapidly. In addition, the interest in Digital photogrammetry is increasing thanks to the progress of computer technology and the production of powerful memories and fast processors. Because of the simultaneous acquisition of panchromatic, color and infrared images in digital aerial images, it has brought a wide range of applications. By using GNSS / INS (Global Navigation Satellite System / Inertial Measurement Unit) in digital aerial camera images, it is possible to obtain external directing parameters without the need of photogrammetric triangulation. This enabled automatic aerial triangulation and significantly reduced costs. The raw images from the digital aerial camera are processed to produce 8 and 16 bits It can be obtained as PAN (Panchromatic), RGBI (Red Green Blue Infrared), RGB (Red Green Blue), NIR (Near Infrared) and CIR (Color Infrared) images. In this study, numerical weather camera images and GNSS / IMU system, noting the achievements of the photogrammetric work; For photogrammetric evaluation, which of these images should be used and advantages and disadvantages are determined according to each other. For this reason, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University was chosen as the study area, which is located in the Central Campus, and as a part of the study area, as much as possible as a forest and city center. With the aerial photographs of the region in 2011, 8 and 16 bit RGB, RGBI, CIR and NIR images were created and a stereo model was created for each image and the results were compared.
