These isolates were identified accordingto nutritional charecteristics, total protein profiles, cellular fatty acidprofiles, % G+C ratio and sequence of 16S rDNA gene. Their enzymeactivities were also investigated. We showed according to 16s rDNA sequence results that our twonew Gr(-) isolates belonging to Thermu and Meiothermus genus. Furterbacterial diversity were determinated of seven different hot springs. We determinated to Geobacillus and Thermus genus but nomembers of Archaea were detected in these hot springs. Keywords: Thermus, Meiothermus, Geobacillus, Thermophil, Hot spring
