Özet (EN)
When a conductor is illuminated by Electromagnetic Field, a surface current will be induced on the conductor. This current will cause the scattering and scattered electromagnetic wave will be produced by induced surface current. All of these events will form the Electromagnetic Scattering concept. The solution of the scattering problem will be obtained from Maxwell?s Equations and Boundary Condition Equations. There are many ways to solve the scattering problem. Method Of Moments is one of them. It converts the scattering problem into a matrix equation. If this matrix equation solved, some coefficients that are related to surface current are obtained. Scattered Electromagnetic Field is determined by using these coefficients. Since the equations that we are dealing with are complex integral equations, it is not possible to solve the scattering problem analytically. Because of this, a numerical solution is required. In this thesis, scattering problem solution for arbitrary shaped poligonal flat plate is explained with all stage. Derivation of equations and used numerical integration methods are given in detail. Radar Cross Section (RCS) Parameter determination from the scattered field and obtained graphical results are also given in detail. Obtained surface currents and RCS results are consistent with other Moment Method solutions and measurements. With the written computer codes by using the formulations in this thesis, the scattering problems of arbitrary shaped perfect conductors can be solved successfully.
