Özet (EN)

In this study, the newly discovered endemic Scorzonera ahmet-duranii S. Makbul & Coskuncelebi which grows in the South West Taurus in our country used as material. Just type locality known S. ahmet-duranii distributed in a narrow space within the forest. For this reason, the continuity of this species under threat. In addition, species in the genus Scorzonera used medicinal plants due to their secondary metabolites, in the treatment of certain diseases among the people. In this study, aimed at in vitro organogenesis of S.ahmet-duranii. Various concentrations of Kinetin and Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) containing Modified MS medium was used in tissue culture. In terms of percentage of callus creation, the most successful explant source is hypocotyl. Hypokotyl generation rate is 90%. The cultivation of apical meristems, cotyledon and hypocotyl explants in modified MS nutrient media shoot formation via organogenesis was observed.
