Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, modular inverters are commonly used in photovoltaic applicationsin consequence of their benefits such as low cost, small volume, reliability and grid connection. These inverters are integrated to PV moduleto be able to apply MPPT and independent control with plug-and-play capability to each PV panel. Flyback topology are widely used in low cost PV applications. In this thesis, transfer of energy from PV panel to grid with a flyback inverter is examined.Inverter topologies for PV applications are studied acording to their advantages and disadvanteges. Conduction modes that are used in flyback inverters; continuous, discontinuous and boundary conduction modes are compared in simulation environment. A microcontroller based flyback inverter circuit is designed to implement the application. The performance of the circuit in continuous conduction mode is confirmed to be similar to theoretical results.
