Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to determine phenological, morphological and pomological characteristics of pear genotypes grown in Seben (Bolu) region (Dereboyu, Kızık and Kozyaka) in 2017-2018. In the study were determined phenological, morphological and pomological characteristics such as the first flowering, full flowering, harvest date, leaf width and length (cm), fruit weight (g), fruit width and length (mm), fruit flesh hardness (kg), fruit shape, shell color, number of seeds, water soluble dry matter (%), titratable acid content (%), fruit flesh structure, aroma, juiciness and taste. İn study that at the end of the two-year, 13 genotypes were identified and at this pear genotypes in fruit weight 10.33 ± 0.81 - 208.33 ± 11.22 g, fruit width 25.57±0.56 - 69.38±1.52 mm, fruit length 21.19±0.53 - 83.14±1.46 mm, fruit stalk thickness 32.19±0.09 - 20±0.18-mm, fruit stem length 13.38±0.82 - 46.66±4.24 mm, shell thickness 0.33±0.03 - 0.81±0.07 mm, fruit flesh hardness 0.97±0.27 - 7.06±0.32 kg. The amount of water soluble dry matter was determined as 13.28±0.29 - 22.74±0.59%, Ph 3.97±0.01 - 4.65±0.05, and titratable acid content was between 1.17±0.10 - 3.69±0.23-. In selected genotypes, leaf stem length varied from 13.62 ± 0.09 to 22.06 ± 0.06, leaf width varied from 15.16 ±0.04 to19.31 ± 0.14 mm and leaf length varied from 55.23 ± 0.09 to 89.65 ± 0.21 mm. Among the genotypes was examined, genotypes were found to be earlier grown in the dereboyu.
