Keywords: antibiotic, method validation, lactamator, penase, drug, cephalosporin, cefpodoxime proxetil The more deadly the weapons are, the more deadly the drugs are. When the sum of the continuity and the deaths it causes in all parts of the earth is calculated, although it cannot be observed suddenly and quantitatively, the results of the drugs and their use are more lethal than the wars. Most of the microbiological analyzes of the drugs produced are based on the European Pharmacopoeia. Vitamin, pain reliever and so on. microbiological analysis of the drugs is not seen a problem in the antibiotics and derivatives are seen in the problem. Because antibiotics inhibit bacterial contamination. In order to obtain healthy results and to determine the best method of analysis, specific method validation should be performed. 1 mL of 10-5 dilutions of microorganisms inoculated with 90 mL of peptona were added and mixed with 10 g of antibiotic added. In addition, three experimental groups were created by adding 0.2 mL of penase or 0.1 mL lactamator to the peptone as neutralizing agent. Antimicrobial inhibition rates of cefpodoxime proxyl were determined by membrane filtration and bulk sowing methods. As a result of the experiment, it was determined that membrane filtration method is the most suitable method for determination of microbial quality of cefpodoxime proxetil antibiotic. In the results of the experiment with Penaz, it was observed that the results of the experiment with lactamotor were 92%. Applications in cast sowing were insufficient in inhibiting the effect of antibiotic and therefore no growth was observed in the test group. As a neutralizing agent, the lactamator inhibited cefpodoxime proxetil antibiotic.
